    Jeff Struchen, his wife Shelly, and his family of 5 children have made their home in the Idaho Falls area for the past 30 years. Actively involved in many aspects of the business community, Jeff boasts a background of business management, corporate and mortgage finance, real estate investing and property management. Having started his professional real estate career in the Idaho Falls area the end of 2001 he has recognized great success in helping many families, businesses, and real estate investors reach their goals of property ownership. Starting his career at Century 21, he attained "Rookie of the Year" with sales production that exceeded the new agents in the office as well as some of the seasoned veterans. Later moving his real estate license to RE/MAX, Jeff saw his business grow exponentially. Realizing that state required continuing education was not enough he advanced his efforts to become highly educated in the real estate market both locally and nationally. While at RE/MAX he attained the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and completed all of the licensing requirements for Broker designation. This continued and advanced education in the real estate industry helped Jeff attain many local and regional production awards. Recognizing the change taking place in the real estate market, Jeff realized that in order to provide his past and future clients the services they required along with the real estate fees they expected to pay a change was necessary. Jeff and his partner, Lon Erickson, investigated the Assist 2 Sell franchise and determined that this business model was the model of the way real estate services were going to be provided in the future. Jeff and Lon acquired the franchise rights to Pocatello, Idaho and moved their business there. After a short period of time, Jeff purchased the franchise rights to the Idaho Falls area. He and Lon remain good friends, but separated their business interests, each owning their own office. Lon in Pocatello, Jeff in Idaho Falls. Having made this change, both have recognized great success in providing "Full Service" real estate solutions to many new and existing clients in the Eastern Idaho area. Jeff's hobbies include hunting, fishing, racquetball, watching his children in their sports activities, and "hangin with the grandkids"!

    I've been an Idaho resident for about 20 years. Originally came from Tloxcoco, Mexico where I grew up and went to school. Everytime I saw a movie or heard stories about the US, I thought that was the best place to be and discover. So I finished my career in college and graduated in 1988. English was one of my favorite classes so I decided to come to the US to learn more about the language. I arrived here in 1990, a few years later I met my wife, Tamara and we got married in 1994. We have two children. An eight year old boy and an 11 year old girl who mean the world to us. My family and I started out living in Rexburg, ID and bought our first home. It was a good experience because we learned the process of how to purchase Real Estate. On the second home we bought we used a spanish realtor to help us in the process which they didn't provide any guidance for any options to advocate or guide us to the best way to go for financing or negotiate the purchase of our own home. This made us realize that there was a need for the Hispanic commmunity in the Real Estate Industry, where we can be able to help people and give them the opportunity to own their own home at the best terms and condition and guide them in every step of the way.

    Having been born and raised in Idaho Falls, and living here my whole life, it is what I know.  So when it was time for my husband and I to start looking for our first home, we knew we didn’t want to look anywhere else, but here. We put an offer in on our home in December 2011 and I started working at Assist 2 Sell shortly after that. I enjoy learning all the aspects of the Real Estate world and learn something new every day from our knowledgeable staff.  I am currently a non-licensed office assistant that helps our team by doing miscellaneous projects around the office. When I am not working I love spending time with my family. We enjoy golfing, playing softball, watching sports and traveling.
